Shmash ministries was established in 2000 by Saroj Kumar Lima (president) in India. After coming to accept Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior he left his education and job to fully follow Christ. He committed himself to become a full time missionary and start a ministry for God's glory. God has delivered him from alcoholism, a life full of emptiness and despair. Since then, Saroj has continued to serve Jesus Christ. In November 18, 2005, God provided Saroj a wife by the name of Monica Venegas from the United States (California). In marriage, God has made them one and now they are serving in ministry together. They are both dedicated to serving the Lord in India. Saroj and Monica have started ministry by helping orphans (orphanage), evangelism, preaching the word in churches and providing gifts to the widows. In the days to come, we hope that God will open more doors to reach the people in India.
Saroj and Monica Lima are Christians that have a heart and a burden for India. Shmash ministry is committed to touch many lives through the love and word of Christ in India. It is a small ministry that is active in the state Orissa and Andhra Pradesh. This ministry is committed to spread in India by the leading of the Holy Spirit. India is the second most populated country in the world. There is a great deal of poverty in this land. Our vision is to reach out to the less fortunate people and to lend a helping hand. We want to give them eternal hope through the love of Christ.
